Not so classic burger and fries
This is a more healthy take on the classic burger and fries.
Mix ground beef, onion, panko (or breadcrumbs), egg, pepper, steak spice in bowl. Remove a handful of mixture and roll for 20 seconds into a ball. Place ball on parchment paper or wax paper. Press down into burger patty with palm of your hand. Repeat until 4-6 burgers are made.
Peel potatoes and cut into fries. Put 2 tablespoons of oil (olive oil preferably) in a square pan and heat on BBQ. at about 450 for 5 minutes. Put fries in pan and mix around. Cooking time is about 25 minutes, you will need to mix them around every 2-3 minutes to ensure all the fries get cooked evenly.
Place hamburgers on the grill after about 8 minutes and cook until no pink is left inside - typically about 12 minutes.
Kale - wash kale well and pull kale off of the thick stems.
