2 cans of corn thoroughly rinsed
4 slices bacon chopped
1 large red onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped
1 tablespoon Cajun seasonings
1 teaspoon dry chicken stock in 1 cup of water
Étapes de la recette
  • Heat a large pan to medium heat and add the bacon. Cook the bacon until it becomes nice and crispy.

  • Stir in the corn, onion, peppers, jalapeno and Cajun seasonings  Cook until they soften up and start to caramelize, stirring often.

  • Add the fabricated chicken stock and simmer for 10-15 minutes. 

  • Serve.
