Chili like no other
This world famous chili recipe that was first made by my father's admin assistant and then perfected by my mother (a.k.a Josie) is well known as the best chili that anyone has tasted. It is flavourful and packed with great ingredients.
Cut green and red peppers, green onions, jalapeno and place in bowl. Wash and cut mushrooms and place in bowl.
Dice cooking onion and place into large pot with ground beef. Cook on medium until brown. Add tomato sauce and diced tomato to pot. Add chopped ingredients to pot.
Drain red kidney beans, rinse in strainer and add to pot. Drain corn, rinse in strainer and add to pot.
Bring to boil, stirring occasionally so nothing burns to bottom of pot.
When boiling reduce heat to low and stir occasionally (every 20-30 minutes)
Let cook for 2 hours.. serve with a baguette!
