Recipe instruction

Preheat oven to 275C. Put pork in a roast pan with an inch of water, turn the grill upside down if you need more clearance. Coat with BBQ sauce. Cook for 3.5 hours or until meat is tender enough to pull.

Cut cabbage and onions into fine strips and mix together in a large bowl. Shred carrot, dice jalapeno and add to the cabbage.

Sauce for cabbage mix

Mix x amount of mayonnaise, y amount of white vinegar, z amount of pepper, w amount of hot sauce together in a small bowl. When dinner approaches add cabbage mixture and a little sauce at a time to a medium bowl so the cabbage is covered but not soggy. Keep the leftovers of both for leftover taco lunches!

Sauce for pulled pork

Mix x amount of soy, with y amount of hoisin sauce, with z olive oil, with w white vinegar with v chinese vinegar. Sauce should be sweet, slight salty.

When pork is done remove from oven, turn oven off and put the shells on a cookie sheet into the oven. Pull the pork with two forks and place it into the pulled pork sauce. When the entire pork has been pulled mix it into the sauce thoroughly.

Serve shells, topping and pork separately and let people assemble their own. We highly recommend piling up the topping and then eating whatever falls on the plate as a salad at the end.
