Ingredients
Romain lettuce
Olive oil
Corn
Chorizo
Garlic
Goat cheese / blue cheese
Low fat mayo
Recipe instruction
Salad
Cube chorizo and place in mixing bowl. Add corn and cheese. Mix and set aside until lettuce is done.
Cut romaine hearts in half and lightly brush with oil. Place on BBQ grill for 5-8 minutes flipping them after 3-4 min.
Dressing
Garlic aioli - coming soon.
Alternatives
No chorizo, no problem - you can use prosciutto as well.
