2 salmon filets
Ginger root
Fresh coriander
Soy sauce
Pepper
Recipe instruction
Peel ginger and slice into paper thin wedges. Put salmon in aluminum pie plate. Add soy to top of salmon until it lightly covers bottom of the pie plate. Pepper salmon, cover with ginger slices and coriander. Cover with foil, cook for 25minutes at 425C. With 10 minutes remaining remove foil to brown top.
