Please note that these recipes are not diet as in low-carb, but promote balance with large portions of vegetables, different types of fish and other lean proteins and occasionally some rice and potatoes. This matches our philosophy of a balanced lifestyle that includes diet, daily exercise and a bit of vino tinto with dinner!
